Region23 follows the SAI fiscal year of May 1 - April 30

Annual Budget
Regional Management Team members and committee managers will estimate their budget needs for the next fiscal year and submit the information to the Finance Coordinator in the fall. The Finance Coordinator will assemble the information from all Coordinators and estimate possible income for the next fiscal year. The proposed budget will then be submitted to the RMT for review and revision. The goal is a balanced budget.

The RMT will finalize the budget at the January/February meeting.
