Bylaws Manager Job Highlights

• Review and approve all chapter standing rules and revisions
• Notify chapters if standing rules are due to be reviewed
• Act as advisor to prospective chapters during preparation of their standing rules
• Maintain, review, and update regional standing rules and make recommendations for necessary revisions
• Notify regional personnel of changes in chapter or regional bylaws

All chapters are to submit updated Bylaws, at minimum, every 4 years.
