Here are some FAQ (frequently asked questions) about the Heart to Heart newsletter.

Who can submit articles?
There are "contributors" in each chorus, but any member is welcome to submit a story to the Heart to Heart newletter.

How long shoud my article be?
Since H2H is now an e-newsletter, brief is better. Please limit your story to 150-250 words to make it reader-friendly on screen. Want to say more? try breaking your story in to a couple of smaller articles with fresh headlines.

What type of stories should I submit?
You can talk about recent events (coaching, fundraising, performance, show) or successful marketing/membership activities. You can introduce new leadership to the region (e.g., a new Director, Asst Director). You can share a "journal" of a trip to contest. Anything that gives the region a flavor for your chorus' personality and "vibe" is great for the H2H!
