Although the Finance Coordinator is primarily responsible for administering and monitoring the region’s financial resources, financial management is the responsibility of the entire Regional Management Team. Financial planning is incorporated into all goal-setting sessions and long-range planning meetings.

Finance Coordinator – Regional Appointment

  • Manages all bank accounts and investments, receives and deposits all monies and writes all checks
  • Prepares and submits the annual budget for the region
  • Prepares monthly and year end reports for the RMT and International
  • Coordinates projects to raise non-dues income
  • Presents a report on the region’s financial condition at meetings of the RMT
  • Prepares an annual financial statement for submission to the Director of Finance and Sweet Adelines International
  • Signs all contracts for the region
  • Attends all RMT meetings, participating in discussions and decisions
  • Files Annual 990 tax form to the Internal Revenue Service by September 15th
