To help protect the privacy of our members, we do not post the chapter rosters to this public site. Instead, we have a secure (password protected) site where Directors, President/Team Leaders, and Corresonding Secretaries, Regional Managers, and Faculty can access the official SAI roster for each chapter (with phone numbers, emails, and addresses). Contact information for all regional staff and faculty is also housed on this secure site.

Each chapter in Region 23 needs to provide a current list of officers to the Reg23 Communication Coordinator (coc@region23.com)
We no longer get this information from SAI HQ, so if you don't share it, we don't know the right names to include in emails, etc.

After you provide this information, your Director, President/Team Leader, and Corresonding Secretary (or person with this role if it is not a formal position) will be invited to the SECURE ROSTER site: http://reg23-rosters.wetpaint.com/

The rosters are taked from the official SAI rosters and are posted by the Finance Coordinator each spring. If your chorus has major changes in personnel, you can post an updated version (after pulling it from the SAI site; only Presidents and Treasurers have access to the official rosters). By using the official rosters, rather than a variety of Word and Excel files, we (a) have a consistent format and (b) are sure that what we have matches what SAI HQ has.

Keep in mind, we can only invite your key personnel to this site if we know who they are---so we count on the chapters to keep us informed.
