The Region 23 Director's Mentor Program has been in existence for a few years now and was established to offer one on one assistance to our front line directors.

So far, four of our directors have been involved in the program.

Each year, an evaluation is made according to the scores from our Regional Contest and other factors. Invitations are extended after consultation of the Director's Coordinator and the Education Steering Committee. Complete guidelines and policies are then sent to those who qualify for the program. Each director and their respective choruses may then apply.

There is also an International Mentoring Program in place and information regarding its criteria can be obtained through International Headquarters.
