Reg23 Calendars
Chapters who are planning show must request Show Date Clearance from the Region 23 Team Coordinator. This gives the region visibility to chapter plans and allows adjustments to be made early if there is a potential conflict in a close geographic region.
To request show date clearance, simply email the Team Coordinator (for 2009-10 that's Bonnie Morgan at Mobovid@comcast.net).
Be sure to include all of the following:
The Team Coordinator will send a confirmng email to the Chapter for their files and record the event date on the regional calendar.
