The main purpose of the regional database is to keep a current record of chapter members and their contact information. Having a current email address for each member is extremely important so that members are assured of receiving information about upcoming events in the region and notices from SAI in Tulsa.

Many members do not think to update their email address and/or other contact information with International when there is a change. One of my jobs is to communicate with SAI when I receive changes that I see they do not have. I also forward the changes to Mona Allday who maintains a database for sending out regional emails. It would be extremely helpful to me if the person in each chapter who updates your chorus roster would send me a list of changes so we can be sure we have the most current information for all of our members.
