WebinarsArchived Webinars are now available for viewing 24/7/365. Visit the Training Library in the Members Only Marketing Center to watch “Member Orientation,” featuring members of the International Membership Committee or “Marketing Your Chorus,” presented by Master Faculty Kathy Carmody. Log into the Members Only section to access the Marketing Center and view these Webinars. Original Announcements:On January 8, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. CST we will be presenting our first online seminar (Webinar) called
Marketing Your Chorus, presented by Kathy Carmody. This seminar is open to all Sweet Adelines International members, free of charge, and is designed to motivate, educate and support regional management teams, choruses and individual members in their recruitment and marketing efforts.
The following topics will be reviewed in this upcoming Webinar:
- Examining the condition of your chorus
- Creating goals
- Defining each member's responsibilities
- Using the Marketing Center
- Target marketing
- Marketing and public relations
- Preparing your chorus
- Executing your marketing plan
- Turning guests into members
- Retaining members
On February 26, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. CST we will also offer a Webinar on Member Orientation. Further details will be provided on this Webinar in the near future through the Marketing Center and Sing eZine. These two Webinar sessions are scheduled to be presented live once a quarter and each live Webinar offered is available for free to all members.
To register for a Webinar, send an e-mail to
ann-marie@sweetadelineintl.org. Include the name of the Webinar you are registering for, your name, chorus, region number and any other questions or concerns you may have about the session. To attend the live Webinar, you'll need a reliable, high-speed internet connection for the video portion, and computer speakers or a phone connection for the audio portion. Webinars are presented live through the internet where registered members will be given a Web link and if requested a phone number for access to the audio and video portions of the presentation.
