We need a site which is kept up to date. I love that we will have the ability to make changes to our chorus directory. It would be nice to able to add your own articles for the H2H from this site. We need to be able to access all of the regional forms, register for educational events, access the H2H,
get updates from the RMT. Keep the regional contest score sheets for each year, maybe in a file cabinet, Pay regional assessment and other fees associated with an event. Online submission for required/desired Chapter documents. Chorus website Links. Pages designed for discussion of specific things, not just a long discussion thread. For example, a page for costumes, one for makeup, one for membership, one for fundraising, maybe one for quartets. Let the Queens in our region have their own page with bios and pics and coaching availabilty. How about which coaches are being used in our region; maybe a schedule of coaching dates. How about using the site as a satellite for educational events. Can we video the lecture and put it on the site? Store them in a file cabinet by year. Share the regional financial report and the highlights of minutes the RMT wants to share. Comments from the Judges from the regional competition. Maybe I'll think of more later

This will be a great way to learn more about others in our Region. I'm looking forward to meeting lots of others from Chorus' that I know by name but no one individually. Kinda like having a pen pal. Anyone else remember those? Ha!
