STAR Song learn tracks available as dowloads

Lynette Pope is in the process of making Reg23 STAR songs available as a download....go to the http://reg23.wetpaint.com/page/STAR+downloads page and following the links. You can download the Mp3 file to your computer, then transfer to a CD or iPod.

I believe there is a problem with the mp3 link for the STAR songs. After clicking on them it takes you to another site that says the file is no longer available. Can that be fixed? Do you find this valuable?

I tried to download Tenor dominant for How We Sang and it keeps giving me Baritone. I haven't tried any other songs but this one is a problem. Do you find this valuable?

You're right - I've asked Lynette to point the tenor URL to the tenor track -- easy to mix up with all the different files.
I'm sure Lynette will post a reply when it's corrected. Thanks for identifying! Do you find this valuable?

Tenor Dom URL for HWST has been changed.
I apologize for the mix up,
but I am very glad to see that people are accessing the files to get ready for Singsation!

Thanks, Lynnette. We would like to do something similiar on our chorus website for new music. If the link to the downloads is password protetected, is it legal to post the tracks? I am in search of a FREE secure location to store the star song learning tracks. www.adrive.com has reduced the free shared file storage to 14 days. This means that all of the links that have been updated in the past couple of weeks have been removed by adrive. I'll get them replaced as soon as I can. Do you find this valuable?

Hotmail has a freebie known as SkyDrive - If you already have a hotmail acct. or sign up for one -- this "SkyDrive" allows up to 25 GB of files and has no time limit --- You might want to check that one out. There is an option to restrict who can see the files for individual folders so it seems that it could serve your purpose.
